Privacy Policy

The short version
We only collect what you give us through our contact form. We use it to respond to your inquiry — nothing else. We don't sell your data, share it with third parties, or send you marketing emails unless you ask us to stay in touch. Any files or data you share with us during an engagement are treated as strictly confidential and deleted when the project is complete.
What we collect
When you fill out the contact form on our website, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- The service area you selected
- The message you wrote
We do not use cookies for tracking, run analytics software that identifies you personally, or collect any information beyond what you directly submit.
How we use it
Your contact information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if a project moves forward, to communicate about that engagement. We do not add you to mailing lists, share your details with partners, or use your information for any purpose beyond the one you reached out for.
Client data during engagements
When you engage us for a project, you may share business data with us — spreadsheets, database exports, reports, or other files. This data is:
- Used only to complete the work you hired us for
- Never shared with any third party
- Never sold, analysed for our own purposes, or retained beyond project completion
- Deleted from our systems when the engagement ends, unless you explicitly ask us to retain it for ongoing work
All engagements are conducted under a confidentiality obligation. We treat client data with the same care we would want our own business data to receive.
Data sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party — ever. The only exception would be if we were legally required to disclose information by a court order or applicable law, and even then we would notify you if permitted to do so.
Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained for up to 12 months for reference in case you follow up. After that, they are deleted. Project files and client data are deleted upon project completion unless a written agreement specifies otherwise.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Confirm what information we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate information
- Delete your information from our records
To make any of these requests, email us through the contact form on our website. We will respond within 5 business days.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we will post the revised version here with an updated date at the top. We will not change how we handle data already collected without notifying you first.
